Areas of research:
I am focusing on the interplay of gravity and matter in the scenario of asymptotically safe quantum gravity. In this scenario, quantum scale invariance is realized through an interacting fixed point at high energies. In particular I investigate which conditions a UV complete matter sector might impose on gravitational interactions. I explore these questions using functional and lattice methods.
