Immersive 3D adventure explores the Secrets of the Universe
Audiences can practically reach out and touch colliding quantum particles and massive churning galaxies in the stunning 3D illusion created by Secrets of the Universe, a documentary coming soon to a giant screen near you.
SCREENING NOTICE: Secrets of the Universe will have a special free screening in Seattle on Feb. 12 at the Pacific Science Center (part of the lead-up to the AAAS Annual Conference).
Directed by award-winning filmmaker Stephen Low and produced by K2 Studios in association with Perimeter Institute and the National Science Foundation, the film is a real-life adventure that immerses audiences in the greatest mysteries of our time – spanning from the infinitesimal to the infinite – and introduces the brilliant minds seeking to unravel them.
Filming locations included CERN’s Large Hadron Collider and Perimeter Institute, with several Perimeter scientists making brief appearances on screen. Perimeter staff and researchers also acted as scientific advisors on the film.
Secrets of the Universe premiered on July 10, 2019, at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C., where it is continuing a popular run. Screenings are quickly being confirmed across North America.
