The annual Inspiring Future Women in Science event brings together like-minded young women with a strong interest in science to discuss the rewards, challenges, and possibilities of STEM careers.
The event features a group of keynote speakers including: an urban ecologist who’s spent years doing outreach at the Ontario Science Centre and just started writing science-based books for children, an astrophysics professor born in Iran with a passion for the beautiful mathematics that describe the universe, and a cryptography expert who is grappling with the new world of quantum cybersecurity.
A talented lineup of panelists and mentors will join the keynote speakers at the event to share their experiences and offer insight and inspiration for future scientists.
