Masters students at regional universities who are supervised by PI Faculty, Associate Faculty or Research Scientists may be considered for residency at Perimeter Institute if they will spend a significant portion (more than 50%) of their time on-site. Benefits of the program include assigned desk space, a technology grant and greater integration with the Perimeter research community.
All residencies begin at the start of academic terms:
Fall - September 1
Winter - January 1
Spring - May 1
Applications are preferred at least two months before the dates listed above.
To request residency, please complete the form below. Note that you will be prompted to enter the email address of your supervisor / co-supervisor based at Perimeter Institute. We will then reach out to them directly for a letter of support.
