As you may know, Perimeter Institute has been developing a strategic plan for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) that will guide the institute for years to come.
At the symposium you’ll hear about the results and recommendations stemming from the first phase of the IDEA project. This included the PI Workplace Assessment Survey, interviews with members of the Perimeter community, and an external assessment. You’ll also hear about next steps, and there will of course be opportunities to ask questions (with options to do so anonymously).
