I am interested in the phenomenology of beyond the Standard Model theories which are motivated by existing puzzle in our understanding of the Universe. In particular my research is driven by questions regarding the origin, nature and detectability of Dark Matter (DM). In the past, I studied models of thermal relic DM candidates below the weak scale, focusing on new experimental signatures. I am also interested in experimental probes of compact DM structures within our Galaxy through their gravitational lensing effects on the motion of stars. These DM signatures can be looked for in current and near future astrometric measurements, provided by surveys such as Gaia.
