Paracomplex geometry and twisted supersymmetry

In this talk, I will discuss para-complex geometry, its relationship to complex geometry and present various results/conjectures extending well-known statements related to complex structures into the realm of para-complex geometry. In particular, I will present a para-complex analogy of the Generalized Kähler (GK) geometry, generalized para-Kähler (GpK) geometry and explain that similarly to GK geometry describing targets of (2,2) supersymmetric sigma models, the GpK geometry describes the targets of (2,2) twisted-supersymmetric sigma models. I will then comment on topological twists of such theories and current work in progress that involves building 2d AKSZ theories from generalized para-complex structures.
