A paper by PI Postdoctoral Researcher Federico Piazza, "The IR-completion of gravity: what happens at Hubble scales?" (2009 New J. Phys. 11 113050, doi: 10.1088/1367-2630/11/11/113050), has been selected for inclusion in the New Journal of Physics’ "Best of 2009" collection.
Articles were selected for their presentation of outstanding new research, receipt of the highest praise from referees and the highest number of downloads over the year. Piazza’s paper expanded on one of his previous essays, which also won an Honourable Mention in the 2009 Gravity Research Foundation Essay Competition ("Modifying Gravity in the Infra-Red by imposing an ‘Ultra-Strong’ Equivalence Principle" Int.J.Mod.Phys.D18:2181, 2009, arXiv:0904.4299).
