Jon Dellandrea, C.M., is recognized as a pioneer in Canadian fundraising and has led multibillion-dollar campaigns at home and abroad. While serving the University of Toronto as the Vice-President and Chief Development Officer, he led the school’s $1 billion campaign and completed it a year ahead of schedule. He followed this success by joining the University of Oxford as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and launched an unprecedented $2.5 billion campaign.

He has also held the positions of President of Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation and Vice-President, University Development, at the University of Waterloo. In 2006, he was appointed to the Order of Canada in recognition of his central role in fostering a culture of philanthropy in Canada.

In addition to managing the operations of the fundraising arm of Sunnybrook, Dellandrea will lead the Foundation in achieving the goals of its $470 million Campaign for Sunnybrook. He plays a key role in helping cultivate the support the Hospital needs to continue to be a national leader in patient care, education, and research.
